The completed Application Form, together with all required documentation, must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Pre-Qualification for Transport, Haulage and Off-loading services” addressed to:

and must be deposited in the Tender Box located in the lobby of the above-mentioned address no later than 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday 19th March 2013.

• Only Contractors who register or pre-qualify shall be approved to transact business with the Commission when required.
• Current Pre-Qualified/Registered Contractors must also re-register.
• Late Tenders and Tenders received after the closing date shall be considered on a quarterly basis.
• Failure to comply with these Tender Instructions may result in the application not being considered.

The Commission reserves the right to cancel the present Tender in its entirety or partially without repaying any cost incurred by any Contractor in submitting its application.
